Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role focuses on steering the end-to-end delivery of digital wealth product capabilities within UOB's regional digital bank platform. You will collaborate with design, business, and technology partners to prioritize backlogs and establish seamless customer journeys. Additionally, the position champions ongoing innovation by applying human-centered design to advance financial offerings across regional markets.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of digital wealth capabilities within the regional platform build group
- Act as domain subject matter expert across cross-functional units including business, tech, and design
- Oversee roadmap prioritization and maintain a transparent, well-structured product backlog
- Formulate high-quality user stories and ensure requirements meet the Definition of Ready
- Collect stakeholder feedback and leverage analytics to continuously enhance customer experiences
- Incorporate artificial intelligence tools and human-centered design principles into product development
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Recognized bachelor's degree with at least eight years of consumer or private banking background
- Demonstrated record of leading teams and managing multi-disciplinary stakeholder engagements
- Proven track record serving as a business lead or product owner for digital implementations
- In-depth familiarity with wealth management platforms, products, and customer journey mapping
- Solid command of agile frameworks and tooling such as Jira and Confluence
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication capabilities
