Based in Malaysia, this internship offers hands-on experience in employer branding and HR communications within a corporate environment. The intern will support various initiatives, including event coordination, content creation for internal and social platforms, and talent attraction programs. This role provides practical exposure to strategic communication, event management, and digital content creation, contributing to impactful employee and talent outreach.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement and employer branding events
- Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting
- Develop engaging content for internal communication channels and platforms
- Draft, edit, and publish communication materials aligned with brand standards
- Support social media content creation and monitoring for external branding
- Assist with talent attraction initiatives and university engagement programs
