- Oversee daily branch activities, administration, and team operations.
- Drive sales performance, product initiatives, and revenue targets.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and implement strategies to reduce client attrition.
- Mitigate operational risks and prevent financial or procedural losses.
- Nurture and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate branch staff across multiple functions.
