Based in Singapore, this role involves managing end-to-end delivery and release processes for the Billing, Customer & Charging (BCC) squad. The manager will coordinate major and ad-hoc releases, ensuring they are delivered safely, predictably, and in compliance with organizational controls. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including application teams, business units, and vendors, to ensure all release activities are properly scoped, approved, and executed with minimal business impact.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery and release for BCC, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
- Track demand and testing status to prepare weekly and monthly BCC release scopes
- Manage delivery risks and dependencies, including integration impacts
- Ensure compliance with Change Management standards and complete all documentation
- Attend Pre-Change Approval Board (CAB) and CAB sessions
- Oversee environment readiness, cutover planning, and rollback strategies
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in IT delivery or release management within an enterprise
- Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery and releases across multiple systems
- Hands-on experience coordinating major and ad-hoc releases for critical platforms
- Strong understanding of software delivery and release lifecycle
- Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools like Microsoft Office and Agile tools
