Based in Singapore, this role sits within Group HR at UOB to deliver dependable employee lifecycle operations for the private banking division. You will manage complex operational matters, ensure regulatory alignment with local banking guidelines, and maintain flawless employee record management. In addition, you will collaborate across business units and drive initiatives to simplify workflows and modernize HR service delivery.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Handle escalated operational inquiries and resolve complex HR issues in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support seamless employee lifecycle workflows
- Maintain employee data accuracy across HR platforms to aid regulatory governance and reporting
- Manage onboarding, background checks, and work pass processing following statutory policies
- Streamline and automate operational processes to enhance risk control and overall service efficiency
- Ensure strict alignment with banking employment regulations, MAS requirements, and audit standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in banking
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and operational control systems
- Familiarity with MAS Fit and Proper Criteria, RNF, and related regulatory compliance is preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with experience in handling stakeholder relations and escalations
- Hands-on exposure to HR systems, digital automation, or operational transformation projects is advantageous
- Strong analytical, organizational, and clear communication skills in a fast-paced setting
