Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on requirement engineering for mobile online services operating within client platforms. The engineer will engage directly with clients to capture business expectations, draft comprehensive technical requirements, and formulate clear user stories in Jira. Working closely with cross-functional development teams, the position ensures seamless translation of business needs into high-performing software components.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and document requirements for existing service applications running on client infrastructure
- Engage directly with clients to clarify specifications and initiate consultative discussions
- Assist engineering teams with detailed technical documentation and requirement interpretations
- Generate structured Jira user stories complete with measurable acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Owners during feature refinements and program increment planning
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of three years total professional experience, with at least two years in requirement engineering or business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven background working directly with technical software development teams
- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting formal specifications and user stories
- Strong analytical acumen combined with professional oral and written English communication skills
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn command-line tools and version control systems
