Based in Singapore, this role supports the Change & Adoption Lead in designing and executing change interventions for various initiatives. The specialist will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of transformation and change plans across programs and domains. This involves conducting stakeholder analysis, tracking readiness, and reporting on adoption metrics to facilitate successful project implementation.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute transformation and change plans aligned with project milestones
- Conduct stakeholder mapping, persona segmentation, and impact analysis
- Drive readiness tracking and adoption reporting, including proficiency indicators
- Support change interventions, engagement sessions, and sponsor updates
- Develop and maintain core change artifacts like communication packs and readiness trackers
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in change, transformation, HR, communications, or project execution
- Practical exposure to structured change management activities
- Ability to work across business and technology teams, translating milestones into practical actions
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, HR, psychology, communications)
- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills
