Based in Singapore, this role supports critical telecommunications pipeline and network projects. The successful hire will oversee circuit provisioning, site coordination, and vendor performance while tracking overall project progress. Additionally, you will monitor network reliability, handle emergency fault recoveries, and maintain robust infrastructure records to ensure seamless service continuity.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Assist with quotation bids, network routing strategies, on-site surveys, and planning for pipeline and cabling.
- Oversee circuit provisioning, system migrations, network upgrades, and line diversions.
- Engage with external authorities, developers, and internal units to resolve engineering bottlenecks.
- Track operational health via Network Management Systems and lead quick fault resolution within designated SLAs.
- Oversee incident management, update infrastructure documentation, and support disaster recovery readiness.
- Supervise external contractors, inspect finished installations, track expenses, and process invoices.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering, preferably focusing on Telecommunications or Info-communications Technology.
- Minimum of one year of experience in telecommunications, especially within command centers or NMS environments.
- In-depth understanding of standard telecommunications network infrastructure.
- Ability to handle intense pressure during sudden outages or fast-track circuit installations.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities with an eagerness to learn.
- Availability for occasional shift work and round-the-clock on-call standby duties for emergency faults.
