Based in Malaysia, this role oversees card financial operations including loan booking, cardholder payments, rewards, and card scheme settlements. The position is responsible for allocating resources effectively to meet daily service level agreements while upholding operational controls and compliance standards. Additionally, the individual will supervise team members, optimize workflows to minimize turnaround time, and implement proactive risk mitigation measures.

- Supervise card financial operations including loan booking, card scheme settlements, payment processing, and rewards management.
- Allocate daily operational resources to consistently achieve divisional service level agreements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team managers to review standard operating procedures and mitigate operational risks.
- Lead, mentor, and coach team members to drive high productivity and service excellence.
- Optimize operational processes to reduce turnaround time and operational costs.
- Handle escalated inquiries from internal business units and customers while ensuring regulatory compliance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Recognized Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of retail banking experience, primarily in credit and debit card operations.
- Proven track record in managing teams of at least five members.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrated organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills in high-volume environments.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and risk management.
