Based in Singapore, this role involves acting as a finance business partner for the Central Treasury Unit, focusing on financial performance management, budgeting, and forecasting. The position requires coordinating group-wide hedge accounting initiatives and providing technical guidance to ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will also manage audits, strengthen financial controls, and contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for the Group CTU Profit & Loss, identifying key performance drivers.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets.
- Coordinate group-wide hedge accounting initiatives and provide technical guidance.
- Act as primary liaison for internal and external audits related to CTU Business Finance.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and financial reporting.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, offering financial insights and strategic recommendations.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in banking, preferably in Treasury, Product Control, or Hedge Accounting.
- Working knowledge of Cash Flow and Fair Value Hedge Accounting.
- Understanding of bank balance sheets, funding structures, and internal pricing mechanisms.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
