Based in Singapore, this role leads the design and implementation of large-scale data platforms for enterprise financial services clients. You will architect robust data models using recognized industry frameworks while overseeing data governance, quality, and platform operational performance. Additionally, you will guide and mentor engineering teams and partner with executive client stakeholders to modernize their data ecosystem.

- Design enterprise banking data models using industry frameworks like FSLDM, FIBO, and BIAN
- Architect scalable enterprise data lakes, warehouse schemas, and ETL pipelines
- Lead, mentor, and perform technical reviews for a team of data engineers and modelers
- Implement robust data governance, lineage, and security standards for financial regulations
- Consult with client leadership to develop technical roadmaps and data modernization initiatives
- Monitor and optimize cloud platform performance, infrastructure costs, and system security
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 8 years of data engineering or modeling experience with 3+ years leading technical teams
- Proven background designing data models within banking or strictly regulated financial services
- Expertise in financial frameworks such as FSLDM, FIBO, or BIAN
- Strong working proficiency with Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, or Teradata
- Demonstrated ability to design dimensional, normalized, or data vault architectures
- Excellent communication skills for consulting with executive and technical stakeholders
