Based in Singapore, this role serves as a Test Lead driving comprehensive quality engineering across modern software delivery pipelines. The position focuses on establishing automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API systems while embedding quality gates into CI/CD workflows. The successful candidate will guide testing strategies, mentor teams, and leverage metrics to continuously elevate software resilience and performance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and oversee test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API platforms.
- Embed automated testing and quality gates across continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Define project-level testing strategies, resource requirements, and risk mitigation approaches.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing execution using mock services and contract testing approaches.
- Establish observability metrics and dashboards to evaluate quality progress and pipeline efficiency.
- Offer architectural guidance and promote modern automated testing methodologies across teams.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
- At least five years of background in software testing, including test management experience.
- Practical experience designing automation suites with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Appium.
- Proven expertise in API testing alongside programming proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps or Bamboo.
- Working knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or NeoLoad.
