Based in Singapore, this internship offers an opportunity to apply engineering, science, or business operations knowledge within a global consumer packaged goods company. The role focuses on improving manufacturing processes by analyzing data, designing systems, and implementing changes to reduce variability and losses. Interns will gain hands-on experience in supply chain challenges, contributing to impactful projects that enhance inventory management and customer service.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Eliminate process variability and losses through data analysis
- Design and maintain systems for data collection and analysis
- Implement process or work system changes to reduce losses
- Utilize Reliability Engineering tools for improvement
- Share and reapply learning across different processes and plants
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Possess strong visionary and strategic leadership skills
- Adept at problem-solving through innovation and creativity
- Strong analytical skills applicable to business processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural setting
- Penultimate year student graduating between Dec 2027 to July 2028
