Based in Singapore, this role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of insurance policy administration processes. The specialist will review user requirements, test plans, and results, performing functional testing on the Life Asia system. This position requires strong life insurance domain knowledge and hands-on experience with the Life Asia platform.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Review user requirements and stories for completeness and testability
- Evaluate UAT test plans, scenarios, and cases for adequate coverage
- Validate UAT test results, evidence, and defect resolutions
- Perform functional testing of the Life Asia (LA) insurance system
- Verify end-to-end policy lifecycle processes
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and compliance teams
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the insurance policy lifecycle
- Understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience reviewing user requirements and test documentation
- Familiarity with testing and project management tools
- Ability to analyze business requirements and identify gaps
- Diploma or Degree holder
