- Manage end-to-end discipline processes and ensure adherence to minimum operating standards
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members while tracking performance against key service metrics
- Partner with cross-functional business leaders to drive ongoing operational improvements
- Enhance the user experience across regional process workstreams
- Analyze operational performance data to consistently deliver business value
- Maintain strict compliance and robust internal controls across operations

- Demonstrated background leading end-to-end process management within a global shared services setup
- Proven leadership track record managing team performance, metrics, and service level agreements
- Extensive experience handling customer relationships and delivering high-quality service
- Strong background in compliance, auditing, and internal control frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute initiatives in dynamic environments
