Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role oversees the Global Markets Legal Documentation Unit, ensuring precise drafting, negotiation, and execution of trading documentation. The position involves managing legal and regulatory risks, ensuring compliance, and supporting the bank's global markets businesses. It requires leading a team of professionals and driving continuous improvement in documentation workflows.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of legal documentation professionals
- Set strategic direction and best practices for documentation functions
- Oversee negotiation and execution of various GM product documentation
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Manage legal and documentation risks from global markets activities
- Serve as a trusted legal partner to business stakeholders
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Law degree from a recognized university
- Qualified lawyer in a Common Law jurisdiction
- Strong expertise in ISDA, collateral, GMRA, and GMSLA documentation
- Proven leadership experience managing legal documentation teams
- Solid understanding of global markets products and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent commercial judgment, drafting, and negotiation skills
