Based in Singapore, this role involves delivering Tier 2 technical assistance for critical enterprise networking infrastructure. You will conduct incident troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and resolve complex issues while working on rotating shifts. The position collaborates with global corporate clients, internal specialists, and telecommunications vendors to maintain seamless connectivity and superior service standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2 technical support for enterprise network services within defined SLA timelines
- Investigate network incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective remedies
- Act as an escalation point for internal teams, global clients, and key partners
- Hand off complex technical problems to Tier 3 engineers with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with global clients and equipment vendors to service routers and switches
- Participate in 24/7 rotating shift duties and standby operations to ensure continuous uptime
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Prior experience in network technical operations or incident resolution preferred
- Solid foundation in IP networking concepts and enterprise telecommunications technologies
- Familiarity with Customer Premises Equipment such as switches and routers
- Understanding of IT service management workflows and root cause investigation
- Willingness to undertake rotating 24/7 shifts and on-call duties
