Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading the OS Platform Services tower, focusing on Windows and Linux platforms, within a large enterprise environment. The successful candidate will also serve as the People & Site Leader for all Compute Infra Services employees in Kuala Lumpur. This position requires driving platform excellence, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring high availability and operational resilience for critical infrastructure services.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 24x7 OS Platform Services team supporting critical applications
- Ensure end-to-end service delivery, availability, and customer satisfaction for OS platforms
- Drive operational governance, service management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities
- Oversee OS platform engineering, including evaluation, testing, and deployment
- Act as People & Site Leader for Compute Infra Services employees in Kuala Lumpur
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 12 years in Infrastructure Engineering or IT Infrastructure Operations
- At least 5 years of technical leadership experience managing large enterprise infrastructure teams
- Strong operational excellence mindset in a 24x7 environment
- Expertise in Unix/Linux platforms (e.g., RHEL) and OS engineering
- Experience leading major incidents and crisis management
