Based in Malaysia, this senior leadership role involves developing and executing strategies for managing the secured non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio, primarily backed by real estate and fixed deposits. The position requires leading complex restructuring negotiations, overseeing legal enforcement actions, and maximizing recovery value from collateral. You will also lead and mentor a team, ensure compliance with risk policies, and manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for secured NPL portfolio management
- Analyze portfolio data to segment accounts and define resolution paths
- Lead restructuring negotiations and create tailored plans for borrowers
- Oversee legal recovery actions and ensure compliance
- Manage and develop a team of recovery officers and legal specialists
- Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines

- Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or related field
- Experience in secured NPL portfolio management
- Proficiency in portfolio analysis and risk mitigation
- Strong negotiation and legal enforcement skills
