Based in the Philippines, this role leads application development for PruOne and Products, ensuring technical deliverables align with business expectations and regional platform standards. The Head of Application will oversee the entire technology delivery lifecycle, from requirement gathering to solution design and implementation. This position involves leading an internal development team, managing technical integrations, and ensuring compliance with IT governance policies.

- Provide expertise in requirement analysis, solution design, and end-to-end technology delivery for business initiatives.
- Analyze technology trends and internal systems to design for future convergence and sustainability.
- Document requirements, prepare technical specifications, and manage changes.
- Collaborate with business teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
- Oversee project strategies, processes, and develop software testing guidelines.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT application architecture and design methodologies.
- Extensive experience with SDLC processes.
- Proven leadership in the IT industry, managing teams and delivering projects.
