Based in the Philippines, this role is responsible for overseeing employee reimbursement claims while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards and corporate expense policies. The position handles expense validations, resolves transactional discrepancies, and partners closely with payroll and accounting departments. Working on a regular night shift, the specialist also supports audit preparations, reporting metrics, and continuous workflow enhancements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Audit and verify employee expense filings for compliance, accuracy, and proper receipt documentation
- Process employee reimbursements promptly in accordance with established turnaround targets
- Inspect tax details, expense allocations, and cost center assignments across submissions
- Communicate policy violations to staff and managers while facilitating necessary amendments
- Address expense inquiries through support queues and assist with company card reconciliations
- Participate in month-end financial cutoffs, trend reporting, and internal or external audit evaluations
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 3 years of background in procure-to-pay functions with an emphasis on travel and expense processing
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as an individual contributor
- Legal eligibility to live and work in the Philippines
- Willingness to work a night shift schedule at the Quezon Cyberpark facility
