Based in Indonesia, this position joins the PHC Sales and Detailing division to accelerate commercial growth and build lasting professional partnerships. You will be responsible for executing key sales plans, assessing customer requirements, and detailing technical product advantages. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally and upholding strict stewardship and legal standards across territory operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute field sales strategies aligned with business unit targets
- Analyze client demands and present comprehensive product detailing
- Nurture enduring relationships with healthcare clients to drive revenue
- Partner with internal team members to maximize outreach and personal growth
- Adhere strictly to internal stewardship policies and regulatory standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Prior experience of two to three years in medical detailing or related sales roles
- University degree in pharmacy, biology, or an allied healthcare field
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and ability to ride
- Proven track record of effective teamwork and collaboration
- Strong capability in communication, interpersonal engagement, and persuasion
- Fast learner capable of adopting new workflows and digital platforms quickly
