Based in Singapore, this role involves establishing, configuring, and maintaining automation environments across production and staging systems. You will lead infrastructure-as-code initiatives, design robust CI/CD workflows, and collaborate with technical leads to optimize service delivery. The position also supports enterprise-level systems integration and contributes technical expertise toward presales solutioning efforts.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Create and maintain automation playbooks utilizing tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Python
- Design, build, and deploy CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms for reliable operations
- Manage Infrastructure-as-Code codebases, version control, and automated testing procedures
- Ensure seamless integration of automation workflows with external ITSM systems
- Drive operational efficiency, stability, and continuous improvement across managed services platforms
- Provide technical support for automation solution architecture during presales engagements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience building Infrastructure-as-Code for service delivery or operations
- Deep expertise configuring and managing automation platforms like Ansible, Terraform, and Chef
- Solid administrative knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows environments
- Hands-on proficiency with database systems including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MS SQL
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, system architectures, and the software development lifecycle
