Based in Singapore, this leadership role directs application management services for an integrated SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA enterprise landscape. The appointed specialist will guide operational governance, incident resolution, release strategies, and client stakeholder management across the region. Working alongside cross-functional procurement and technical teams, you will steer continuous delivery improvements and drive modern automation initiatives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage full-lifecycle AMS delivery including incident, problem, and change workflows to meet rigorous SLAs
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, and IT leaders to govern backlogs, system risks, and strategic service roadmaps
- Provide deep functional oversight across core SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, CLM, SLP, and Guided Buying
- Supervise seamless integration points with SAP S/4HANA MM/FI including master data synchronization and invoicing
- Oversee interface monitoring and troubleshooting via SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Integration Gateway
- Coordinate quarterly release impact evaluations, automated testing regimes, and production readiness
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 10 to 12 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience with multiple full-cycle S/4HANA implementations
- Proven track record managing AMS support governance, ITIL standards, and ITSM tools like Jira or ServiceNow
- Deep functional expertise across Guided Buying, Commerce Automation, catalogs, and supplier enablement
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM and end-to-end procure-to-pay enterprise processes
- Solid experience troubleshooting integration flows using SAP Integration Suite or CIG
- Exceptional client-facing leadership skills with ability to align diverse regional business stakeholders
