Based in Singapore, this senior role involves enhancing application security through advanced AI automation and offensive security practices. You will build production-grade AI agents to streamline vulnerability triage, address zero-day threats, and perform penetration testing across web, mobile, and AI systems. In addition, you will mentor team members and help establish standards for secure AI deployment across the organization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage and triage scanner, pentest, and bug bounty findings using AI tools to minimize noise
- Lead rapid zero-day vulnerability responses and collaborate with engineering teams on remediation
- Conduct pentests on web, API, and mobile applications, including testing AI agents for prompt injection
- Build and maintain production AI tooling and automated security checks integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Help define the AI AppSec roadmap, including access controls and human-in-the-loop approvals
- Mentor junior analysts and elevate overall technical and AI capability across the team
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in application, product, or offensive security
- Strong hands-on background in web and API penetration testing and large-scale vulnerability management
- Proven track record reproducing bug bounty reports and prioritizing risks via CVSS, EPSS, or KEV
- Deep understanding of software supply chain security, SCA, and SBOM practices
- Practical experience developing LLM tools or agents using Python, LLM APIs, and RAG
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor team members
