Based in the Philippines, this leadership role is responsible for directing and supporting an operational team focused on Order to Cash processes, specifically order management and billing. The successful candidate will drive daily productivity, uphold rigorous quality metrics, and manage complex operational escalations. Working on a night shift schedule at the Quezon Cyberpark facility, you will mentor team members and foster continuous performance improvements to maintain excellent service standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workloads and assign tasks across processors and operational analysts
- Monitor productivity to ensure team and individual service level agreements are achieved
- Analyze error patterns and provide actionable feedback alongside quality auditing teams
- Oversee complex customer cases and resolve operational escalations effectively
- Draft and implement performance improvement initiatives for underperforming team members
- Recommend incentive programs and team motivation strategies to management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience within Order to Cash, specifically order management or billing
- At least 3 years of demonstrated supervisory or people management experience
- Ability to work onsite on a permanent night shift schedule
- Existing legal authorization to work in the Philippines
