Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on driving sales performance and profitability by boosting the activation of rookie agents. The successful candidate will design and roll out key productivity programs, training modules, and reactivation campaigns across the agency sector. You will collaborate closely with agency leaders and sales directors to analyze output, conduct branch engagements, and ensure strong adherence to internal standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze rookie agent activation, case count, and general sales productivity across sectors
- Partner with sales leaders and agency directors to execute targeted growth initiatives and challenges
- Facilitate bootcamps, advanced workshops, and training courses to reactivate non-producing agents
- Conduct branch visits to assess local activities and offer constructive feedback to trainers
- Manage sector productivity budgets and measure the return on investment for small segment contests
- Maintain full alignment with corporate compliance standards and regulatory procedures
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of training experience within the life insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Management or Behavioral Science
- Active license in traditional life insurance and unit-linked products
- Proven presentation, group facilitation, and leadership abilities
- Fluency in English and Filipino with strong communication capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
