The manager will lead and coach frontline teams, ensuring operational efficiency, effective inventory management, and a customer-first culture. This position also requires serving as a technical product advisor, keeping the team knowledgeable about new products and services.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Plan staff rosters and track sales performance to identify gaps and improve results
- Implement sales incentive programs and coach teams on sales and customer experience
- Ensure smooth store operations and achieve daily sales targets
- Lead and motivate the team, serving as a technology advisor for products
- Maintain high customer service standards and manage customer escalations
- Monitor sales and ensure accurate inventory management with zero discrepancies
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum N’ Level qualification
- 5-10 years of sales experience in physical retail
- Strong experience managing frontline sales teams
- Good sales and business acumen
- Strong organizational and store management capabilities
- Basic financial management and inventory skills
