Based in Singapore, this role involves providing comprehensive back-office credit administration support, specifically focusing on syndication loan agency functions. The incumbent will oversee and process syndication loans, promissory notes, and project accounts, ensuring daily operations meet business expectations and regulatory compliance. This position also requires driving initiatives to enhance service delivery, improve processes, and maintain strong relationships with business units, borrowers, and finance parties.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and processing support for syndication loans and related accounts.
- Ensure daily operations meet service delivery expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve service delivery and operational controls.
- Formulate and implement system and process improvements for syndication loans.
- Manage relationships with business units, borrowers, and finance parties.
- Support syndication and club deals as Facility or Security Agent.

- Ability to manage and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting syndication/club deals as an agent.
- Proficiency in monitoring financial and project covenants.
- Capability to process daily syndication loan transactions.
- Skill in reviewing syndication loan and agency agreements.
- Experience coordinating with legal counsel and finance parties.
