Based in Vietnam, this senior role serves as a trusted Second Line of Defence advisor to assigned corporate units. You will deliver proactive risk oversight, challenge operational decisions constructively, and verify that non-financial threats align with organizational standards and local regulations. The position spearheads risk assessments, enhances internal control frameworks, and promotes sustainable risk ownership across teams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Serve as primary second-line risk partner offering strategic guidance on initiatives, processes, and business transformations.
- Facilitate and challenge Risk and Control Self-Assessments to ensure comprehensive coverage and evidential support.
- Evaluate control effectiveness and assist business units in establishing key risk indicators and thresholds.
- Conduct deep-dive reviews and thematic assessments to address systemic control deficiencies and emerging threats.
- Oversee incident management, reviewing root-cause analyses and verifying that corrective actions sustainably mitigate underlying risks.
- Produce forward-looking risk reports and actionable insights for executive leadership and governance committees.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive experience in operational risk management, internal controls, or audit within financial services.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, risk taxonomies, and Vietnamese financial regulations.
- Proven track record of independently challenging business stakeholders while offering practical risk solutions.
- Strong capability in incident lifecycle management, root-cause evaluation, and control design assessment.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive-level report writing abilities.
