Based in Indonesia, this leadership position oversees the logistics procurement agenda for the Foods division across Greater Asia and Indonesia. The role involves managing an extensive regional spend covering warehousing, freight, pallets, and transportation services while partnering cross-functionally to drive network value. The chosen professional will establish robust multi-year sourcing strategies to boost operational resilience, reduce costs, and enhance supplier performance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Steer logistics procurement across regional transportation, warehousing, pallets, and freight networks
- Formulate multi-year strategic sourcing roadmaps balancing capacity, operational expenditure, sustainability, and service continuity
- Direct negotiations, supplier tenders, and contracts spanning warehousing cost structures, lane tariffs, and indexation models
- Track and elevate vendor performance, compliance standards, risk mitigation, and continuous quality delivery
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and cross-functional teams to integrate regional scale with local operational needs
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related engineering discipline
- 7 to 10 years of experience in logistics procurement or complex supply chain operations across the region
- In-depth understanding of domestic and cross-border transport, customs regulations, and warehousing operating models
- Advanced strategic sourcing, contractual negotiation, and indexation framework skills
- Solid financial modeling and analytical capabilities in freight forecasting and cost benchmarking
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
