Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role guides the evolution of regional relationship management platforms and capabilities across Southeast Asia. You will oversee the strategic roadmap connecting business demands with technology enablement to elevate frontline productivity. Working with cross-functional leadership, you will direct governance, manage complex program interdependencies, and ensure value realization across multiple regional markets.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and drive the regional strategic roadmap for relationship management capabilities and tools.
- Oversee cross-functional delivery workstreams focused on sales efficiency, advisor productivity, and customer engagement.
- Construct business cases, financial investment proposals, and strategic rollout plans for tool enhancements.
- Act as the primary senior liaison across business stakeholders, technical delivery teams, and regional operations.
- Manage program governance, risk assessments, budget tracking, and regular executive progress reporting.
- Supervise external consulting partners, vendor relationships, and specialized project delivery resources.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 15 years of program delivery experience in banking, financial services, or management consulting.
- Extensive track record directing large-scale digital transformations and enterprise software rollouts across regional markets.
- Strong background supporting frontline productivity tools, CRM platforms, or retail and wealth distribution workflows.
- Deep understanding of retail banking channels, customer journeys, and core operational models.
- Master's degree or relevant advanced educational qualification.
- Exceptional executive presence with proven ability to influence senior business leaders.
