Based in Malaysia, this role involves administering and ensuring compliance with the MAS Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework, focusing on sales advisory standards and quality. The officer will conduct checks, assess policy replacements, and analyze mystery shop findings to identify trends and implement corrective actions. This position also supports training for the agency force to enhance business quality and handles various ad-hoc tasks.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Administer the MAS Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework and sales advisory standards.
- Conduct checks, including documentation review and client surveys, under the BSC framework.
- Manage the end-to-end assessment process for Replacement of Policy (ROP) appeals.
- Review mystery shop findings, classify infractions, and perform trend analysis.
- Monitor customer call-backs and recommend appropriate actions for observed issues.
- Support training for the agency force on BSC and mystery shopping, and handle queries.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role within a financial institution.
- Basic understanding of the insurance industry and its operations.
- Knowledge of regulations like the Insurance Act, FAA, MAS, and LIA guidelines.
- Degree in Business, Insurance, or Finance related fields.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented.
