Based in Malaysia, this role offers the chance to join Singtel's new Global Business Services center in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver Tier 2 operational maintenance across enterprise networks, SD-WAN platforms, virtualization, and hybrid cloud infrastructures. Working within a dynamic team, you will resolve complex technical disruptions, manage system updates, and uphold stringent service availability targets to satisfy customer expectations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2 technical assistance for corporate networks, virtual systems, and cloud platforms
- Investigate and resolve intricate issues involving firewalls, switches, routers, and operating systems
- Execute approved maintenance tasks, patches, and infrastructure changes following change control policies
- Track system performance, health, and availability metrics to satisfy service level agreements
- Perform root cause investigations, draft post-incident documentation, and liaise with vendors
- Keep technical records up to date while guiding less experienced team members
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on enterprise IT infrastructure support experience
- Solid understanding of network administration, including routing, switching, VPNs, and SD-WAN
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory, and VMware vSphere environments
- Proven track record handling production incidents, root-cause troubleshooting, and change execution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams
