Based in Malaysia, this role serves as the central liaison representing Global Technology Operations to provide service delivery and infrastructure solutions. The appointed professional will oversee cross-functional stakeholder relationships, guide technical teams, and manage key vendor engagements. Additionally, you will drive governance meetings, monitor service level metrics, and implement technology strategies that align with business needs.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Act as the central service contact between corporate units and global technology infrastructure teams
- Supervise internal technical specialists and third-party vendor deliverables to ensure high-quality execution
- Lead governance forums and generate recurring service level performance reports for leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end integration of infrastructure solutions aligned with regional security policies
- Address complex operational issues and handle cross-functional priority conflicts among stakeholders
- Gather feedback from business partners to enhance service management methodologies continuously
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant discipline
- Between 8 and 12 years of overall professional IT industry background
- At least 4 years focused on IT project management and vendor oversight
- Minimum of 2 years managing teams of 5 to 10 technical resources or managers
- Excellent English communication skills with strong customer orientation and conflict resolution abilities
- Prior exposure to insurance industry systems is considered an added benefit
