Based in Singapore, this role involves maintaining and updating critical system parameters across multiple wholesale banking platforms. The selected candidate will manage automated processes for statement and advice checks while delivering production support to business and operations teams. Additionally, the position handles day-to-day administrative duties and technical operational coordination.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain system parameters across numerous wholesale banking platforms
- Execute automated jobs for verifying customer statements and advices
- Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting for operational and business teams
- Handle routine administrative and operational support tasks across the unit
- Participate in operational readiness checks and occasional weekend system activities
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline
- Background in banking operations, ideally within wholesale or corporate banking
- Experience handling system parameter configuration and ongoing maintenance
- Working knowledge of transaction processing, statement generation, and operational controls
- Strong computer proficiency and hands-on exposure to banking applications
- Willingness to accommodate weekend operational duties when required
