Based in Malaysia, this leadership role oversees proactive portfolio monitoring, governance, and strategy for emerging enterprise accounts. The position acts as a central link between business teams, credit approvers, and external regulatory bodies to resolve credit issues and maintain asset quality. The successful candidate will drive early remediation of vulnerable accounts, track overdue covenants, and enhance portfolio reporting frameworks to minimize non-performing loans across commercial portfolios.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Track and monitor overdue exception reviews, renewals, and post-disbursement conditions across accounts
- Identify deteriorating credit accounts and orchestrate timely intervention and remediation measures
- Serve as the central liaison between credit approvers, sales units, and external authorities
- Ensure strict portfolio compliance with internal lending policies, credit covenants, and statutory regulations
- Develop and present analytical dashboards, KPI reports, and trend assessments for senior management
- Lead continuous improvement and process automation initiatives to elevate risk governance efficiency
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience in credit risk, portfolio management, or risk monitoring
- Familiarity with SME, commercial, or business banking portfolios
- Experience collaborating with credit approvers, regulatory schemes, and governance frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in spreadsheet analysis, data management, and executive reporting
- Exceptional organizational capability and stakeholder coordination skills under tight deadlines
