Based in Singapore, this role leads the operational execution of data governance and data quality frameworks across risk-related information systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve data issues, enforce policies, and monitor data health in compliance with regulatory standards such as BCBS239. You will also oversee data profiling, maintain data dictionaries, and optimize tools to elevate risk management capabilities.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Prioritize, investigate, and remediate risk data quality issues through data profiling and root-cause analysis.
- Enforce data governance standards, metadata management, and business glossaries across the risk landscape.
- Build and maintain data quality monitoring rules, operational dashboards, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with technology teams, data owners, and business units to drive issue resolution and alignment.
- Manage annual BCBS 239 attestation processes alongside relevant report and data owners.
- Optimize data management tooling and automate operational workflows to increase team efficiency.

- In-depth knowledge of banking ecosystems, operational workflows, and diverse financial products.
- Demonstrated background in data quality management, data issue remediation, and profiling methodologies.
- Strong grasp of data governance principles and regulatory guidelines including BCBS 239.
- Proficiency in technical tools such as SQL and Python for data analysis and validation.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to communicate complex data issues clearly.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects independently in fast-paced banking environments.
