Based in Singapore, this role invites an experienced technologist to join the AIDA business unit in scaling enterprise AI and agentic systems. You will bridge applied machine learning with full-stack software development to build production-ready intelligent workflows. Collaborating closely with architects and engineering teams, you will design secure, multi-channel solutions and conduct cutting-edge research to solve novel problems.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Construct end-to-end agentic AI solutions and integrate them with core enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to design scalable full-stack applications.
- Optimize user interfaces and integration points across web, voice, and messaging channels.
- Configure and safeguard middleware, authentication protocols, and access control systems.
- Track production agent metrics, mitigate operational vulnerabilities, and resolve issues.
- Conduct applied research on emerging AI technologies and maintain software engineering standards.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of software and AI development experience with agentic frameworks.
- Strong programming background in Python, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Practical knowledge of LLM integration, prompt design, and frameworks like LangChain or Agents SDK.
- Familiarity with API architectures like REST, gRPC, or MCP, along with cloud environments.
- Demonstrated capability in enterprise security protocols, authentication mechanisms, and cross-functional delivery.
