Based in Singapore, this role involves assessing medical and financial risks for life and health insurance applicants. You will make decisions aligned with underwriting standards and market trends, handling complex cases and engaging with stakeholders. This position requires end-to-end processing of customer requests and providing support to financial consultants.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Evaluate medical and financial risks for insurance applicants
- Make underwriting decisions within authority and market trends
- Review complex medical cases with multiple risk factors
- Communicate underwriting decisions to financial consultants and business development teams
- Process customer requests from start to finish
- Support financial consultants on underwriting matters
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in life underwriting
- Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, or Biomedical Engineering
- Professional certification (ACII, ANZIIF, ALU, or LOMA)
- Strong knowledge of medical conditions and insurance regulations
- Good understanding of insurance products
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
