Based in Malaysia, this role drives major consulting projects focused on business transformation and operating model strategy within the telecommunications and media sector. You will evaluate existing operational frameworks, identify critical system gaps, and architect future-state processes across complex environments. Working alongside cross-functional teams and senior client leaders, you will craft strategic business cases and data-backed insights to deliver sustainable commercial value.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute management consulting engagements centered on operating model optimization and business transformation.
- Evaluate current workflows and technical platforms to uncover gaps and deliver targeted improvement roadmaps.
- Lead telecom transformation projects spanning billing, CRM, order processing, and OSS/BSS operational journeys.
- Interpret complex organizational datasets into actionable executive dashboards, visualizations, and strategic insights.
- Design future-state operational models and establish business cases tied directly to client objectives.
- Partner closely with client leadership and participate in proposal creation and practice enhancement.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, technology, or an equivalent MBA.
- At least 5 years of professional consulting or telecommunications transformation experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of telecom OSS and BSS platforms and customer journey architectures.
- Proven track record in business analysis, requirements definition, and process re-engineering.
- Strong capability in hypothesis-driven problem solving and executive stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency in developing analytical spreadsheets and executive-ready presentations.
