Based in Singapore, this role supports the growth of Singtel's Managed Roaming business, focusing on sales support, prospect development, and proposal preparation. The associate will collaborate with various internal teams and international partners, gaining exposure to the global roaming ecosystem. This position is ideal for someone looking to build commercial and roaming knowledge within the telecommunications industry.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support prospecting and qualification for Managed Roaming opportunities, especially in travel SIM/eSIM.
- Conduct market research and maintain accurate opportunity and account information.
- Prepare customer presentations and commercial proposal drafts.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Technical teams for solution proposals.
- Assist in preparing business cases, revenue estimates, and deal economics.
- Support senior Business Managers in customer meetings and negotiations.
- Coordinate customer onboarding activities and service handovers.
- Provide day-to-day account support and coordinate service requests.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- University Degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account support.
- Good understanding of telecommunications fundamentals.
- Experience with customer engagement and proposal preparation.
- Basic business case and financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- High learning agility and interest in commercial and roaming knowledge.
