Based in Singapore, this role involves managing all real estate transactions for UOB's regional portfolio, including offices, branches, and retail spaces. The manager will lead lease negotiations, acquisitions, and disposals, ensuring alignment with business needs and financial objectives. This position requires close collaboration with various internal departments and external partners to optimize the bank's real estate footprint and achieve cost efficiencies.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage all real estate transactions, including new leases, renewals, and acquisitions.
- Develop strategies for real estate transactions to support business growth.
- Lead negotiations with landlords and property owners for favorable terms.
- Act as a primary real estate advisor for assigned business divisions.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare business cases for management.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and manage contractual risks.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of experience managing complex real estate transactions.
- Experience in corporate occupier real estate or financial services.
- Familiarity with commercial office leasing and retail network strategy.
- Professional qualifications (RICS, MIV, SIOR, CoreNet Global) are a plus.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
