Based in the Philippines, this role leads the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Sales Conduct, and Group Compliance programs, serving as a key functional lead and second line of defense. The AVP provides strategic oversight, governance, and direction to ensure alignment with laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position involves leading a team, advising senior stakeholders on compliance risks, and fostering a strong culture of integrity and ethical conduct across the organization.

- Lead the development and enhancement of compliance frameworks for ABC, sales, and customer conduct.
- Oversee the company's Anti-Bribery and Corruption program, including risk assessments and due diligence.
- Provide guidance on sales, customer, product, and marketing compliance requirements.
- Manage compliance monitoring programs and report findings to senior management.
- Advise business units on regulatory requirements and ethical business practices.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of compliance professionals.
