หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and KPIs for mortgage business.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
- Analyze sales trends, productivity gaps, and areas for intervention.
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic sales forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis against budget and prior-year performance.
- Prepare management presentations and reports for senior leadership.
