Based in Vietnam, this role serves as the primary liaison between the global SAP S/4HANA program and local operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and timelines. The manager will translate global decisions into actionable plans for Vietnam teams and lead localization efforts. Key responsibilities include coordinating testing, data migration, cutover readiness, and change management activities.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Coordinate Vietnam's participation in global program meetings and translate decisions into local action plans.
- Lead the fit-gap analysis process and promote adoption of the global SAP template.
- Support Vietnam's involvement in global testing and manage local user acceptance testing.
- Assist local teams with data migration requirements through various mock cycles.
- Prepare for cutover tasks, communication, and operational readiness in Vietnam.
- Localize global change management and training plans for effective user adoption.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP programs, with global rollout project expertise.
- Proven track record in global-local coordination and cross-functional project delivery.
- Fluent in Vietnamese, English, and Japanese.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, and project methodologies.
- Familiarity with UAT, data migration, and cutover processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
