- Lead analytics initiatives to empower data-driven decision-making across diverse business domains
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer journeys and operational processes
- Analyze intricate datasets to identify behavioral trends, engagement opportunities, and efficiency gains
- Design and execute analytical experiments, simulations, and targeted campaigns
- Develop robust analytical models and informative visualization dashboards
- Deliver clear findings and strategic recommendations to key partners and executive management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant analytics experience
- Background in financial services, banking, or management consulting is preferred
- Demonstrated competence in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques
- Proficiency in querying and programming languages including SQL, Python, and PySpark
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikSense
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for business leaders
