Based in Indonesia, this apprenticeship role supports the execution of new product rollouts and strategic business initiatives within Prudential. You will assist in defining business requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing across teams, and preparing launch documentation. This program provides an excellent entry point for emerging talent to gain practical hands-on experience in insurance product implementation and stakeholder collaboration.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle product rollout tasks and strategic initiatives for prompt delivery
- Align product specifications and business requirements across diverse stakeholders
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions between business users and technical teams
- Help address testing issues and verify operational readiness before launches
- Assist with drafting customer-facing materials and operational workflow requirements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Final year university student or recent graduate, preferably in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Insurance Management
- Able to commit to at least 6 months of internship
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote weekly
- Excellent analytical capabilities and precision with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated multitasking abilities to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
