Based in Singapore, this position involves supporting the Product Management team in delivering and implementing new offerings seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes, draft detailed requirements, and oversee user acceptance testing activities. Additionally, the role entails preparing comprehensive operational guides, facilitating training sessions, and conducting post-launch system verifications to ensure flawless product rollout.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, business rules, and proposed technical enhancements.
- Formulate user acceptance testing plans, test conditions, scenarios, and expected outcomes.
- Execute user acceptance tests, maintain proper documentation, and track defect fixes.
- Partner with business stakeholders and application teams to address changing system needs.
- Produce detailed standard operating procedures, manuals, and instructional training guides.
- Perform post-deployment system checks to verify functionality after product launches.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent professional credential.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- High level of meticulousness and strong organizational habits.
- Self-starter capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Prior exposure or familiarity with the insurance industry is an advantage.
