Based in Singapore, this role involves advising clients on technology strategy and digital transformation within the Enterprise Consulting team. The Lead Consultant will engage with senior clients and internal teams to provide insights and recommendations on technology roadmaps, operating models, and transformation initiatives. This position requires leading end-to-end engagements, from origination to pre-sales and consulting, across various industries.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and IT operating models for clients
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, including pre-sales activities
- Provide strategic advice on early-stage opportunities and technology consulting projects
- Independently lead engagements, develop deliverables, and coach project teams
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver impactful consulting outcomes
- Develop insightful perspectives on future technology trends for client needs
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 10-15 years in technology strategy and transformation consulting
- Experience leading at least 3 technology strategy/transformation projects
- Ability to support complex deals and manage numerous stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of technologies like AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation
- Strong critical thinking, proactive, and creative mindset
- Mastery in written and spoken communication, including client-facing skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, or engineering
